Problem difficulty

Hello everyone I allow myself to come to you because yesterday with friends we put a small server so that we can all play together whenever we want except that by connecting we realized that the zombies were very powerful and the games very complicated knowing that we have a beginner's level we would have liked to play as a builder to learn the game except that we cannot change that and I would have liked to know if anyone would be how I can do this thank you for your understanding and your future help

The server is installed on a vps running Linux (Ubuntu 20.04)

You have to edit settings through ini file or while in game Client>Server settings.
