I was playing in the server with no issues for at least two weeks and since 5 days this error always pops up whenever is time to download the map segments to log in

Even if I have a good internet connection

0/361 chunks and it crashes

Are you able to join any other servers in that case? Just to check if there is a problem with your connection

Yesterday I tried and I managed to get in another server, one hosted in USA.

The server I managed to get yesterday has 75-100

Hosted on USA or Canada I think

That ping is fairly high, in that case can you try connecting using the "Use Steam Relay' option?

that means failed to download map from server

Try going to your User/Zomboid/Saves/ folder and delete the Multiplayer folder there

Then try relogging, perhaps there is an issue with the save you have downloaded already

oh god i fixed it! reset router to factory settings and it got fixed!

Wait it's stuck at 114/529 chunks now

Not sure I can suggest much other than looking into your network perhaps?
