was a 2 hour per day timescale ever considered? i feel like it makes the game much more chill whilst not touching any aspect of the difficulty. on the default timescale, 1 hour per day, you can start talking with someone ingame when its sunrise and 20 minutes later its getting dark again, ur starving to death and are depressed af.

This is the perfect Project Zomboid server. So much care went into every little detail of it, be it the assortment of quality custom commisioned mods, thought out settings, ingame systems developed specifically for the server. The administration is chill, mature, very professional, high confidence individuals that won't lose their shit due to petty bullshit. Your voice as a member of the community is always heard and considered. Thank you for creating such an amazing experience, so much better than tons of the classic scuffed copy-pasted servers out there!

I had a very positive experience while playing on the Sunday Drivers. The server was well-managed and as lag free as possible, even when connecting from the other side of the world (698 ping from somalia,i selld my wife 4 internet connection for play pro boid zombiy).
The server also had a good selection of game modes and maps that suited different playstyles, so I was able to find something to my liking. The servers had a good level of stability, with no lag or connection issues. This allowed me to enjoy the game without worrying about technical difficulties.
The server also had a great community atmosphere, with players from all around the world. Everyone was friendly and respectful, which made the game even more enjoyable. The admins also had a great system for resolving disputes and keeping players in line.
Overall, my experience on the Sunday Drivers gaming server was very positive. The server was well-managed, had a good selection of game modes, was stable and lag-free, and had a friendly community. I would definitely recommend this server to anyone looking for a great gaming experience.

I had an absolute blinder of a time playing on Sunday Drivers, Project Zomboid server. The server is located in America, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the ping rate was surprisingly low. The server itself had a great atmosphere and the players were very friendly and welcoming. I must also mention the wonderful refreshments provided by the server admin. They had a wide selection of purebutter shortbread and some marijuana edibles which were a nice surprise. The snacks were both delicious and a great way to pass the time in-between battles with the zombie horde. All in all I had a great time playing on the Sunday Drivers server. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and fun gaming experience.

Playing on the Sunday Drivers server has been a truly unforgettable experience! The quality of the server is top-notch, and the administration is incredibly kind, mature, and chill. I never thought I'd be able to connect to a server from the heart of darkness that is the Philippines, but here I am! Even when the 100mph typhoons rage outside, I can still play on the Sunday Drivers Server. It has become a pillar of the community in the Philippines, and I feel so privileged to be a part of it. The Sunday Drivers server has changed my gaming experience for the better, and I'm so grateful for it. Tears of joy and appreciation fill my eyes every time I step into this virtual oasis.

In a few hours, we'll launch the new SD Tech, "Dynamic Sprinters".
Depending on the area of the map, the % of sprinters will change. Some areas will be 0%. Some areas will be more, ranging from 0 and 20%.
Petroville will be 100% sprinters.

I joined Sunday Drivers not knowing the game well whatsoever, and over the last almost 900 hours I have learned so much from playing on this server.
The community has been great and helpful, all working hard to help each other. The server has run really well for me majority of the time. If there are any kinds of issues, the admins usually are on the job fixing and helping whenever they can.
The events have been really fun, the balance between Hardcore and QOL seems really good, and so far my time here has been a blast.
I support and recommend this server to anyone, whether you are new or looking for a hardcore experience, this server is AMAZING.

After a long period of development and testing, we are launching our Sunday Drivers Rescuers - adding a new dimension to endgame.
Players will be acknowledged and rewarded for helping others to rescue their corpses.
With this new feature, we are also launching the first of a new set of achievements: the "Rescuer". For every successful rescue, you will receive a point (visible at the player scoreboard). At certain amounts of rescues you'll receive an achievement and high-end rewards.
Rescues can be tracked live on the website.

Been playing in Sunday Driver (SD) server since early March this year
Along the way, I have died a ton while out looting or ramming into trees full speed, but I have also made friends and tons of fun memories goofing around, joining community horde events etc.
The SD server has
- dedicated admins and amazing admin supports
- regular community events (fighting hordes, collection, or scavenger hunt etc)
- constant addition of new interesting mods, maps, weapons and gears
- frequent balance patches so the server remains Hardcore PVE
- extremely active player market and trading (vehicles/collectibles/rare weapons etc)
- different difficulty zones (5%, 10%... 100% sprinter zones etc) to challenge yourself

It's a timed cooldown that is pretty much used to interact with other players. There is no tactical advantage to using your teleport and the hardcore aspect of the server is defined by the dynamic zombie difficulty, dynamic loot spawns, and other various unique tweaks that are only present on the Sunday Driver server.

That feature does stop it from being hardcore. There's almost no risk involved because you can just go on a loot run halfway across the map with a shitty car, fill up your inventory, and then just TP back home with it all.

All the cars are missing parts, engines are dead, batteries are gone, and you need to fix up your cars to be able to drive. But yea, you should DEFINITELY drive across the map so you can abuse the teleporter...

This server is great fun and while the community is very helpful, it is recommended you are an experienced player to deal with sprinters. This is the best server I have played by far and getting to gold rank is a truly hardcore achievement.
I recommend all experienced players and brave newbies to give SD a chance and try to climb the ranks.

A regular wipe deletes all characters, safe houses, etc. Soft wipe deleted all vehicles not claimed and spawned new ones while players and their safe houses remained intact. Lots of vehicles out in the world for new players right now! 🛻

Another great feature of this server are the player shops. Players can set up their own shops and buy/sell items from the Sunday Drivers community. SD also has a website where you can look up which items are currently being sold and by whom. To find the stall, simply click on the player name in the website and it will mark their stall in the map.
To acquire coins, simply get a wallet from our community center or loot it from a zombie, sell any jewelry you loot from zombies (right click -> sell valuables) and add those coins to your account using your wallet. You will then be able to purchase items at the shops. Join our discord for more information!

Nah stands for hardcore and there is a leader board too, it’s on the website and counts sprinter kills as well, multi hit is on and sprinters are the full speed not half speed/runner type

To each their own, there are 100% sprinter zones and would be near impossible to do melee without no multi hit unless you are fence or window hugging and that’s just boring/cheese the whole time but again just my opinion 🥸

If the entire map were 100% sprinters, perhaps the multihit would be fine, but I highly doubt that anyone would approach those areas, so the result is ; You have multihit and people do not go near the areas full of sprinters, this is my opinion and each to their own🥸

People go to the sprinter areas and sometimes form groups to go there because better loot and not hit as often=you will find stuff that wasn’t looted recently, also solo players and groups live in the sprinter areas, as well as daily zombie respawns so loot is never “free”
