cause an issue against remnant ordos is due to mechanics you're limited to minimum base DP at the start
since their entire fleet is officered by alpha cores

your DP is based on how many officers you have against theirs and a full ordo generally will have more than you do unless you spent a lot of story points on mercs or edited the officer cap
any frigs you send to cap wont be having a good time, they will usually live long enough to give you more DP from capping tho
