basically you need to kill 7 enemies with a single mine blast, which is very difficult, usually if someone stepped on a mine it will just activate and boring, so basically, i spent 30 minutes kidnapping people until i had 4 in my van, then i placed a mine on a car beside my van (since i couldnt place it ontop of the van for some reason), then i blocked one side of the road so nobody can bump into the vehicle (since having mines of vehicles are super sensitive and will blow up with one hit), and i waited for an unidad vehicle come by to hit the car that had the mine, so when they hit it, the bus and patrol vehicle would explode
