my build(s), at its core, is stealth with demo expert, rifleman, and gunslinger

by stealth i mean everything encompassing it, including Ninja

plus a helping of gun nut, armorer, science for power armor upgrades

etcetera

i rock idiot savant and go without water in the early game, nerfing myself for more XP game in theory since not drinking water makes you stupider

but i start out with 4 INT which at base is what, 6 or 8%

parched is -1 INT, thirsty is 2, anything after that is a red moodle that drops you to 1 or negative

best to look out

once you're about level 48-50 you shouldn't have to worry TOO much, especially if your PA is upgraded

if you're doiing perma, the best i can say
unless you have DLC armor from like far harbor or something and you're past 200 DR/ER with a ton of movement speed (at least 20-30%)
DO NOT ever leave your fucking power armor

even then don't leave it unless it's an emergency

you fold like a wet paper napkin anytime someone throws a molotov at you because of the INSANELY increased AoE damage on it, if you're in the middle of the radius you WILL die i guarantee you
