Though i learned that there are a few games that just WILL NOT run if DAEMONtools is installed on the pc for some reason
League for example, it wont open at all on my pc. I think its something to do with the kernal level anticheat

just make sure you look into bios/uefi settings since your pc hardware is around at the age of uefi

with ventoy run the exe and it'll walk you through selecting and installing it to your flash drive

larger the drive is the more isos it can hold obviously but yeah then you just copy and paste ISOs over to the ventoy partition
you might get a lot of performance out of it with cachyos given the customized performance kernels they have but even just out of the box solutions like debian or ubuntu are going to make that server feel like a new box for real
