For fallout? They targeted $40 million assuming it would sell more.
Total Bethesda investment for Skyrim AE? Under $200,000 and 7 days of paid work to devs.
Fallout 4 AE? Under $300,000 and about 18 days of paid labor.
Skyrim AE = roughly $40 million in profits so far. Because as one of the lead devs stated to me in the office: “the players will buy anything we sell them”.

depends on the avenue you want to go tbh, so there's an option that's essentially a model creator called vroid that's very accessible that has... well, a certain look to it. i am personally not a fan, but good vroid(and possible unity/blender editing) models can be like $200-300ish, vs a fully made from scratch custom 3d model in blender easily going over 1k
