Sorry for asking such a generic question;
I've searched across the discord server as a whole trying to figure out if I should play on b42 or b41.

• I play on Steam Deck / PS5 Controller.
• I would like to play with mods.
• Multiplayer is not desired in the slightest.

(I have played a slight bit of b42 already and my largest complaint thus far is a lack of controller support (yes I know the developers have stated its still in the works and im looking to factor this into my decision.) As well as the left sidebar menu seems to be impossible to hide or remove without using mouse and keyboard.)

After reading into that channel. On November 16th. The latest information I could from the was that firearm support is relatively completely broken as of current patch.

If PZ has seamless transition between input layer translation I wonder if there would be a possible workaround to simply use Steam Input for the Trackpads to simulate mouse Region and clicks for firearms specifically.

As far as my biggest issue;

(That being: the left sidebar permanently blocking the inventory screen and other overlays even on the lowest font size...)

I do not currently know of a work around for that without doing some jerry-rigged psuedo-fix using the trackpad as macro inputs to hide the menu in conjuction with a very specific untested mod on the workshop I saw as of late.
