here's the breakdown of respawn:
1- Every respawn trigger event it checks for a valid chunk that you have NOT visited and are NOT currently inside.
2- it checks for all valid paths. imagine an invisible zombie runnign like the flash testing every wall, door, fence, etc. if a zombie can walk through a tile, that tile is valid.
3- RNG then picks random tiles in a valid chunk and poofs a zombie into existence.
