You can also look up studies from MIT, The Kinsey Instutute (regarding relationships and itimacy) and some out of Harvard and Yale. All pointing to the overall maturity level, cognitive abilities, etc.

“Average” tho, IS a somewhat relative term. It may cover 50-75% of a population. So those who are outside the average can still be a significant number.

I don't usually make definite claims on things I'm not sure about, but without looking into it I feel pretty confident saying there isn't a study that will back up the claim that most people are who they were at 11
