Sorry for the rant when I think about the time i'm I was in the ward I just go into a tangent. I am genuinely better it been 10 years since being there. I have attempted to fully moved on but I can't. I been scar from it but I found friends that understand it. Even knowing them for years I only recently been able to feel like I was safe around one of them because I found her near a cliff side. That the closest I have ever been able to get to it doesn't sound like much but it a good step to healing that. I been trying to show more emotions since I trained myself to hide them when I was young. I still getting sudical thoughts but I don't want to act on them anymore. Of course those urges are strong but I know i'm stronger.
