Basically I had a SQL entry on each user that had their account fakemoneybalance/xp, and last message time stamp, and some other minor stuff.
Stored the Unix time code and did math to calculate within like 2.5 minutes or so and trigger if longer, more characters in the message being scalable with a min/max clamp, basically incentivising more detail rather than quick spam

But items like backpacks are also going to be affected by loot tables in general. So when you go to a school, there is a higher percentage you’re going to find things like school backpacks. Go to a military surplus store? There’s higher odds of finding something like a military backpack.
I know a lot of people that will speed, run, gun stores and other locations to get that juicy loot early game
