LOTS of mods have had ID’s changed, for example.

That means as far as your save file is concerned, the mod is missing.

Just gotta update them all.

Some mods, like players on map, are also broken and fully replaced, so you will need the FIXED versions of busted mods.

Only cure is another. Old version is so broke it can corrupt saves.
