Across the street in the courthouse you can snag some water coolers. Each is at least 30 days of water.
Plenty of time to level up carpentry and find a wrench to plumb rain barrels for permanent water.
Go house by house and check EVERY garage and shed for a generator. Rosewood always gets 1-4 even on rare loot settings.
Generator magazine is inside closets, the library, school or MAILBOXES.
Don’t stress. Just be methodical.

I was average as fuck in high school, then I actually started to study for college and I'm always at 8 or 9 now

school is difficult because it teaches everything to everyone, its so generalised that everyone is going to struggle with something, and almost everyone is going to be good at something, because that's just how human brains develop, they specialise into different aspects naturally, if you're one of the unfortunate few who's brain has specialised into a subject that is not taught at school, then you're better off trying to find the subject you are good at and then studying at college
