Entering building with nearby horde: Slowly enter the line of sight of the zombies and make sure only 1 or 3 zombies see you and lead them away from the horde to kill, repeat until all are dead

to fight with multiple zombies, do the conga strat

let the zombies do the conga and you slowly smack them dead
