Only if you go for brain tissue, if we're speaking health and nutrition-wise. Anyway, food and its properties are kind of a difficult thing to implement in a way that satisfies everyone. There's no way I would ever eat a rat or a farm animal, for example, having looked after several IRL, yet the game is telling me that doing so would increase my happiness.
