example: i add a mod that adds a new car.
i add a second mod, which will make that new car rusty.

i will be loading the first mod first, and its rust skin second

think of it like copying and pasting files on your computer

if you're pasting files fro mtwo different folders and one of the files shares a name, the one you paste second will crush the first one

But if you have walkable tiles across water bodies, zeds can and will randomly spawn on them. Because it's the only "valid" tiles in the zone.

That also explains why some zeds can mysteriously spawn inside pillars at the mall. Because the pillars have a tile inside.
