minecraft 1.21.11. I cannot find any config in the mod menu mod
does this change the config for every world?
one last question, i found the config file. which one is it? remove morph charge on death?
that didnt work, still losing all the identity unlocks when the player dies. also going through a nether portal with an identity active changes the skin back to the player and removed the unlocked identities
no
/identity config set disableMorphLossOnDeath true
@snow dust Thats the command
Thank you!
it should be in the identity2.json file right? It isnt there or in the config in the game
Would manually adding "disableMorphLossOnDeath" : true, in the config file work or would it mess up anything in the game?
I tried that in game but there was an error
I think the most recent one for 1.21.11. Sadly I just had to drop my laptop off for fixing so I’ll get back to you in 5-10 business days with the version and more info 😭
Oh I see good luck to you
Thanks! Hopefully it comes back before my school exams start 🥲
I have the same problem. I even went back onto a minecraft 1.21.1 to see if it had to do with versions.
Same exact problem when I was on 1.21.11
This is the command i tried to run.
Here are my logs for the Fabric 1.21.1 version

Here are my logs for the Fabric 1.21.11 version
Here's the line that appears when I try to use the "/identity config set disableMorphLossOnDeath true" command:
[12:16:48] [Render thread] [net.minecraft.class_338/INFO]:
[System] [CHAT] Unknown config key: disableMorphLossOnDeath
-- Hope it gets fixed some day. Your mod is definitely the best morph mod I've played on, with many fun abilities for several mobs.
The config has change in newer version
I'll try to figure out how to download the newer version then 👍
Is there any way to get the updated mod on 1.21.11 minecraft, or is there a reason the newest updates are all 1.20.1?
I’ll have to code it first
The project is built around 1.20.1, with 1.21.1 also supported and kept in sync. Other versions are optional and receive fewer updates, as changes are only pushed once the main version is stable.
Idk if you saw but I released the alpha version for 1.21.11 in the #updates
Did not see that, but thanks. Currently there's another bug I found regarding moving from nether -> overworld.

I'll check this later. (your mention was seen during )
