They arent super strong anymore, but they can definitely clear most content
But compared to what you probably know from back then they are insane

Both of the Gamma units would help you, yes.
The banners themselves arent particularly good, both of the new units are very strong and the Goku is quite versatile.

I would personally say yes, but there are quite a few bad featured units that dont really help you.
