Who should I farm/pull for? I'm very new and have around 3 hours fo gameplay at most.

You should stick to the Z-Fighters (tutorial team) for now and replace Krillin with MBS Exchange.

And just save your stones I guess, there is only one useful unit from the current banner that would help you and chasing a single unit isnt a great idea.

There are no F2P units that would help you much, but I guess all F2P units in the Story tab.

If I tell you you will most likely summon for it which would just waste your stones, but:
INT LR Hybrids.

No if you get that unit you cant build a team either.
