Its FoB you dont have set rotations, you stack units as they need it.
For the 7Ys (SSGs and SSJ4s) and INT LR SSJ4s:
Keep them on rotation at all times (preferable seperate rotations).
You need to gauge how much Ki you give them every turn as they can deal too much damage if you give them too much Ki, but you also dont want to give them too little so they dont do additional SAs (read their passive)
Ideally transform them during the Daima phase, earlier if you need the damage.
For Gogeta / Vegito:
Their base stacks ATK
Their exchanged form stacks DEF
You want to stack DEF to around 2,5m and then stack ATK.
That makes them tank basically all normals in the stage and in the later phases (starting from Fat Buu) you can SA scout by transforming them.
Transform them during the last two phases.
For SSJ3 Goku:
He doesnt need too much stacking, so floating him most of the time is fine, but depending on the situation you might want to put him on rotation for a bit.
Transform him in Turn 5, he doesnt stack before transformation.
For Daima4:
Just float him, he deals too much damage and doesnt stack himself.
For V&T:
Dont put them in slot 1 until the end, else they deal too much damage.

Thats something you need to judge based on the exact situation.
Basically
If you need more damage -> More Ki
If you want to greed more stacks -> Less Ki
why dont you want to deal more damage ? is it because no turn for more stacking ?
If you deal less damage the other units in that turn (or the next turn when you reach stages with more charges) can also attack, which means more units get stacks
can i somehow decide is the damage i need is enough based on looking the stat before attacking ?
You look at the enemy HP, you look at how many charges are left
can you give me like example if can
Early on bosses have low HP
You have three charges per boss
So you try to not give too much Ki to the units I mentioned so they dont kill it too quickly
That way the other units within the turn can still attack and stack
Obviously if you misjudge and deal too little damage then it can also backfire

But i can give you those rotations i suppose
stacking is not a problem just at ssj3 goku phase i got one shooted as vegito
might be my mistake making him still at slot 1 as goku
… well yeah
goku has literally nothing in slot 1 before attacking
and hes significantly weaker there post attacking
anyway at around the daima phase i’d use these rotations
SSJ4 Daimaku + LR INT 4’s
LR INT V&T + SSJ4 Daimaku
