So your main issue is that you are lacking usable units in general.
Yes you have int SSJ4s, but you dont really have units to run under them.

For extreme specifically I dont even see a usable leader.

I would honestly recommend sticking to the Z-Fighters ( #1322223006587813979 ) for now and farming stones to summon some more
