If the account is really new, as in you've made it within the last few months I would just continue with the tutorial Saiyan saga team to farm stones and summon on the part 2 like crazy. If it's not a brand new account and it's just heavily outdated, because I see a few characters that would have been useful a couple of years ago, then I would just re-roll the account to regain access to thousands of free stones
