I mean he doesnt really if you manage the board well, but if you cant then you can run STR EZA LR SSJ Goku in the last slot.
He changes orbs but his performance otherwise aint too special.

He has no synergy with the team, his performance is generally worse than literally every other option I gave you unless the event is like 20 turns long.

If you run him he ruins one rotation as he doesnt link with the other units.
If you float him his performance is even worse as he needs to be slot 1 to properly function

PHY EZA LR Gohan is also an option for the last slot, but generally id say the STR LR SSBs have better performance than him.
If you want to run him he isnt bad at all tho
