#Constructing FoB Teams

Hi, I'm finally wanting to tackle some sort of endgame content and I have a lot of units, but not the exact ones that I see for the "standard" FoB teams (like Phy SSJ4 monkeys) but I do have pieces that make up some cores...I believe. Can someone help me construct a variety of teams that could tackle this?

Bumping for visibility. I'd love some guidance. No one has to waste time explaining rotations (I believe I understand from other posts), but team construction for FoB would be greatly appreciated.

I ummm might be stupid, but who is the leader supposed to be? I can only see manga frieza as boosting everyone 😅

Or am I looking at one team w/ gogeta and the saiyans and another with gomah and frieza
