You could replace SSJ Bardock with the 
SSBs, but since they dont stack DEF they heavily rely on their dodge/items in the later phases.

I mean you dont have too but i never really tried fob except with teams that got to 40 phase max

Keep the 7Ys on your rotations as much as possible. Transform them during the Daima phase.
AGL LR Bardock stays on rotation as much as possible.
Nameku stays on rotation until the end aswell.
AGL LR Gogeta only needs around 2,5m DEF to tank all normals, after that you can stack ATK with him if you play smart. Transform him during the end of the Daima phase or during the last two phases.
AGL LR Gomah kills too fast and doesnt need to attack to stack, so hes fine in slot 2/3 depending on the situation.
If you bring STR LR SSBs instead of AGL LR Bardock you make managing stacks for the other units easier as you can just float the SSBs since they dont stack DEF anyway. However as mentioned before they kinda just die if they dont dodge or if you dont have items active in the last two/three phases.
