I guess he would be a slight upgrade over Recoome, but he aint great.

Yes, which can be useful for World Tournament as example.
Just be aware that you need to get him AND all the medals to EZA him.

If you want my personal opinion:
No, I think investing into Ginyu is a waste of resources at this point.

If you want him tho, sure.

Battlefield Currency is fairly limited in the beginning, so I would save it for something actually useful.

#

When you play for a while and have like 5-6m just sitting around then get whatever you want, but since the currency isnt infinitely farmable (you need to wait for future battlefields) I wouldnt spend it randomly
