int janemba is a pretty high up pick since you can use him on that int broly team

but you could also try and grab someone to help fill out another team if you need to

issue with cell is he doesn't link the greatest with a lot of units

you can get big bad bosses and fierce battle with some extreme units but thats really it

like he can work, there are just more cohesive options
