Maybe vendors should be told earlier then all other attendees of where the event is most likely going to take place so they can plan and get there art together and know if they can attend or not before the event is on the way.

Also possibly more info about vendoring at the event? Such as fees, requirements, etc

(I worry about vendoring mainly because im unsure about where it would be, im afraid ill prepare the rest of the year to vendor to find out last second I cant make it cuz of the place it is)
