high heartrate and dizziness

i can get very dizzy when standing up/ standing for too long or even just moving and my heartrate gets very high when this happens and i have passed out before because of it and it’s only happened twice but i was just wondering what i should do at the event if this happens (i am very socialy awkward and i don’t have a medical diagnosis yet is why im asking on here)

(i also have athsma but if i do get out of breath i can usually stop it if i sit down for a few minutes but i thought it would be good to mention)

you’ll need to make a medic aware closer to the event date, they have formal medical training and can handle what would happen if you pass out. is there anything you know of that helps?

thank you! usually laying down helps and i will lay down anywhere lol so i should be ok i just know my heartrate can get really high and ive only passed out from it twice but its very confusing when it does happen so i was just wondering what i should do but thank you:)

i cant give any formal medical advice because i’m not a professional, you’ll be taken care of either way

hydrating and making sure you eat go a long way to just feeling alright, just keep people in the loop if anything is to happen or you feel off and they’ll be there to help

personally i have issues with bending down and getting up too quick so i either avoid it at all costs or just make sure i sit and take frequent breaks
