you guys kinda alr going host wiki website then its wont affect... except storage
if you going use github pages then use that too for workshop and there is how:
make people use pull requests OR make github bot
why pull requests? its already has to be reviewed so why not? also free but harder for users
github bot can be hosted on same srv as discord bot or even connected but theres problem: there still has to be some review system but you wont need open ports or make forwarding

idk other way except hosting actual server

a workshop would be integrated into the app, the wiki would have a recommendations suggestion, heck, there should be actuslly usable preconfiguref crap off the bat
