Interactive InvSee skript code, or at it's lack, 1.21.11 plugin

Is there any known public code for an invsee where you can grab items from player's inventories / ec? I haven't been able to found any, nor plugins that work in 1.21.11

  permission: op
  trigger:
    open arg-1's inventory to player

I do know how to make a basic invsee command, or ecsee

I do not want to open it, I want to be able to modify their inventory
