set player' maximum stacksize to 3

Hey! Im using the following to create a maximum stacksize, which works completely fine. But when a player is using a hotkey (like hovering over an item stack in a chest, then place it directly in the inventory by pressing 1 etc.), it still gives a whole stack. Does anyone know how to fix this>
