Snippet Character Limit

Increase the character limit for snippet descriptions and the snippet itself.
Could make it default,
or add it as a perk for dono roles (increase with each tier) 😉

I never said to make snippets in general locked behind a paywall.
I only provided the option of an additional limit because there could be more factors at play that I don't know about.
Such as what it takes to post the stuff on the docs website

Regardless I cant post my snippet even though the mechanic behind it is small, the setup takes majority of it. Putting me at 1524

and it shouldn't be a snippet
