on top of that if you want to make sure they can't move and don't want to use while loops and constant teleports, spawn an invisible entity (like armor stand, for example), make player spectate the entity. then the player cannot move except when they stop spectating

Skript's player move is called when the player's position changes, not yaw/pitch
