I dislike a player having &x&F&F&D&E&0&0&lG&x&F&F&D&1&0&0&lo&x&F&F&C&4&0&0&ld&x&F&F&B&7&0&0&ls&x&F&F&A&A&0&0&lp&x&F&F&9&D&0&0&le&x&F&F&9&0&0&0&le&x&F&F&8&4&0&0&ld &x&F&F&7&7&0&0&l- &x&F&F&6&A&0&0&lR&x&F&F&5&D&0&0&le&x&F&F&5&0&0&0&le&x&F&F&4&3&0&0&li&x&F&F&3&6&0&0&lc as a metadata tag

- You havent stated any issues
- Its tidier to store that item in a variable/use NBT tags
- No need for the metadata tag, you can just use a while loop checking the chestplate slot
- ^ you changed the name of the metadata tag
- You’ll need a wait in that while loop otherwise it’ll crash your server
- I would just give the player haste 3
replacing the existing effectfor 3 seconds every second

why would you use this method to do so
you do understand how easy it is to accomplish this right, just look at the docs a little
you could honestly use on inventory close
then test for a name of the chestplate
then apply the effect to the player if hes wearing it
and vise versa if hes not
