is there a way to make it the value of the item forever? im pretty sure if I set it as a command like it is right now it would require me to re-set the NBT data

I wanna set this data to a deafult for all items but im not sure of how to get the data and leave it in the code forever

basically set something to the nbt data I pasted so that I can apply it to any item and then give it to the user
