When I program when I start the plugin I get a message in the console that it is working. It does not work. What is the code?

Cuando programo al iniciar el plugin me sale un mensaje en la consola de que está funcionando. Pero no funciona. ¿Cuál es el código?

Todo esto no me funciona al ejectuar el servidor

Things to fix:

• ChatColor is far old thing that even mojang deprecated it
• Make class final
• (Optional) personallly i dont like Bukkit.getPluginManager().registerEvents(**this**, **this**);.
  Instead you can do like:

public static Main;
@Override
public void onEnable() {
    plugin = this;
}
