Not sure if SkN-Bee-T (from ShaneBee) works in that low of a version but if it does, I believe it has syntax for vanilla Minecraft teams (you know, the /team command but Skript formatted). I don't know of the syntax off the top of my head, but the Minecraft equivalent would be something like: /team add 0_Owner /team modify 0_Owner prefix '{"text":"Owner","color":"red"}' /team join 0_Owner YourPlayerHere
