I applied the resource pack to the server

I inserted the same address that I posted on my blog in resource-pack= in server.properties.

However, something happened that only I was applied and the rest of the users were not.

I'll tell other users to set the resource pack to "Ask" before the server comes in

I clicked OK

It may not work properly "Let's move on"

There was a situation where download and application were not possible even when I pressed progress.
