So i want to make player's unable to pick-up blocks on other peoples plots (while they can on their own plot). I think this is possible with a skript but i don't know how, i use PlotSquared to generate all the player plots.

pick-block is client side, so I do not believe this is possible

that's for WorldGuard. you need to set it for PlotSquared
