#Cera Alt ability

Cera has always been in a weird spot, where while too good at dealing with small groups of humans, it struggles a lot once the humans start to group up since, unlike carno, it has no tools to create an opening for its team without putting itself at immense risk.
So the aim of this suggestion is to give cera a way to help it do its job as a bruiser without making it too overwhelming to deal with for small groups of humans, while at the same time not making it too similar to carno:

Give cera an alt ability where it can't move nor attack but becomes completely invincible for a limited amount of time and decrease its hp back to 1300.

This may sound extreme but considering the raw amount of damage the human team can dish out in a matter of seconds it's also kinda necessary, plus it being a timed ability opens up more mind games and counterplay options than just increasing its health.

tl;dr: give cera armor lock and nerf its hp back to 1300

So what you’re saying is it just stands still invincible for a few good seconds or? Like what exactly would help it create an opening for others? Distraction?

sounds a bit clunky on paper, and a bit odd for Cerato (in my opinion). honestly I’d kinda just prefer if Cera just got Pachy brace as opposed to this.

if Cerato were to get a brace of any kind though, yeah I’d definitely nerf hp back to 1300

Make Cerato do 48 damage so it 4 shots humans instead of 3 shotting them

This makes me remember a similar ability from another game I used to play years ago. Can't move, can't fight, but practically unkillable for a short time. Even had the effect of routing the damage done to teammates close by.

It ended up being never used since people realized you can just move away, not deal with it and take better positions in the meantime. And as the fight moves away, their team is down a member who's now standing back doing nothing and is pretty slow to join back.

And I think the same would happen with cera.
You'd pop this ability, standing all menacingly while the humans can get distance from you so you'd just be screwing yourself over for when your ability runs out.
You wouldn't even be body blocking many bullets since dinos rely on movement, so they'd be all over the place anyways.

A big problem I see with this is ceras doing this at building entrances and such and becoming a one sided wall for projectiles and other dinos passing through which wouldn't be fair
