More Kill Icons.

As the title says, I think more icons would be nice to have. A lot of them already exist in the sdk anyway. I don't know if there is some limiting factor, or if it's just not added due to priorities, but still.

Am I the only one who finds it really weird that the pachy charge icon is the only kill icon in the entire game to have eyes, rather than being a block silhouette?
