#MMOs you can play well with just a mouse?

Are you able to use/comfortable with MMO mice or controllers? If so that widens the scope a bit.
Controllers, yes. MMO mice not so mucyh
Black Desert Online has a pretty good controller interface (make sure you switch it to the controller interface as the KBM one is very different). This one can get a bit mashy though if you play very fast classes.
FFXIV has native controller support and a bit slower of a pace. Lots of story quests if that's your thing. Complex rotations though.
WoW has controller support, but you need to use the ConsolePort addon to really make use of it. Takes a bit of setup to get comfortable, but works very well.
Albion Online has controller support. Gameplay is very smooth, but anything involving menuing is rough.
Elder Scrolls Online has native controller support also. Lots of story here too. The character animations sometimes rub people the wrong way (they're a bit janky IMO).
Those are the ones I've personally played with a controller and found passable.
As for mouse-only there aren't a great deal of them outside of Runescape that I've ever played. Guild Wars 1 could probably be played reasonably without a keyboard, but it has a very small, dedicated population these days.
If you now the osrs then I don't see the point of the question
Check out wynncraft. if you own minecraft, its an mmo built on top of it, but plays nothing like minecraft. It has everything you'd expect out of an mmo, and frankly some of the better quest design even when compared to big AAA titles. Very well made. but, combat is simple and is mainly mouse click combos.
You can also look into Adventurequest Worlds, a 2D mmo.
Thanks for this suggestion. Its pretty nice
