any one got any recommendations for games similar to Bofuri or even SAO? I’d prefer a game where you can beat dungeons and have a team you join/start. not a big fan of the top view kinda games I wanna explore like in pokémon arceus kinda style

if you're looking for something "free" guild wars 2
but if you dont mind spending a small fee, black desert online and elder scrolls online are good choices
bdo and eso have housing you can decorate
gw2 gets housing soon too but better wait til it's actually out to see if it's decent

if this specifically, FF14 (final fantasy 14) covers this. you can level up culinarian and cook food that you can place in the house and everyone can partake in. and ofcourse like ESO and BDO there's housing and lots of furniture/deco you can play around with
guild wars 2 has cooking as well, and you can craft a "feast" that you can drop on the floor and everyone can eat from that. but housing isnt implemented yet
lastly there's phantasy star online 2: ngs
its free to play
but new content comes in really slow
sooo you wont find many players there compared to GW2, ESO, FF14 or BDO

The standout suggestion I think is Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis, available on Steam, since it's the most anime mmo game on the market until Blue protocol global comes out. Aside from that, maybe also check out Mabinogi and Ragnarok Online

there's Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream if you want something anime and just fight and fight
no open world or crafting though

"anime" and "mmorpgs" together are a rarity cause mmorpg genre is niche
and most companies do not want to risk
like spending millions on a game only for it to shut down in 1 year
hence why all your pretty anime graphics
are in gacha mobile games

it's basically a big risk any sane company does not want to make. and that's just for "not-so-anime" graphics mmorpgs
