#Looking for a MMORPG with decent character customisation

I don't know why, but character customisation is the first thing I focus on when I try a new MMORPG. Some of the games I've played are:

  • AdventureQuest 3D
  • Black Desert Mobile
  • Blade & Soul
  • Guild Wars 2
  • Lost Ark
  • RuneScape
  • Old School RuneScape

I really loved Lost Ark, but playing it from a region-locked country scared me that my Steam account might get banned, so I stopped playing it.

I'm looking for a free or cheap priced Themepark MMORPG and not a Sandbox one. I tried Sandbox ones like Albion and I didn't quite like that. About the combat mechanism, I don't mind any. I love Tab Target, Action combat or the hybrid of them two.

I tried ESO through an old friend's Steam library sharing and it didn't even let me log in, said it would send me a login code to my email but I never got one and it was a common issue with no solution to it. I'm not sure if that was because I tried to play it from my his Steam library. But yea I'll check out ESO

Cant think of any MMOs that allow library sharing unless its F2P

I never played it and it looks terrible but Chimeraland will give you the most insane, unforgettable character creation experience
