#(BETA) A bunch of random crashes on various triggers

A bunch of pretty common things crash the game when you click on them. So far i've found:

  • Clicking on a crew member that isn't unlocked while in the codex crashes the game.
  • Clicking on the abandon run button crashes the game.
  • Clicking some parts of the tutorial crashes the game.
    There's one more, but I'm forgetting it. I'll add more if I see them. I just hope this doesn't happen in the middle of a run lol

Thanks! I've not seen the abandon run crash (and haven't touched tutorial as of yet) but have just confirmed the crew member/codex one. Could you post your logs so I can see what might have caused the crashes?

They should be in Users/Name/AppData/Roaming/Godot/app_userdata/Glory On Pluto 2-0/logs

I only seem to have the app inside steam's folder, not the other path

Have you got to the appdata>roaming folder? I know the AppData folder is hidden by default on windows

Did you try abandoning runs any other time? Curious if it was a one-off or if it's repeatable

The crew one I've fixed on my end and the tutorial one I wouldn't worry about for now as I need to do a full pass on the tutorial asap anyway

@plucky elk also just curious if you opted in to stats and leaderboards? No worries if not but just want to check if it's working on the Steam end if you did

Aha! I had forgotten to include some files in the steam upload which was causing the crash on abandon run + leaderboards not working. Should be working better now!
