Instead you guys did the opposite, the login system used to use Cloudflare Captcha and you guys changed that to the annoying reCaptcha service and ruined that as well. I’ve found a workaround: after encountering infinite CAPTCHA on the same device, log out of my account, start a new chat, and it will function normally again.
Then I log back into my account, and the CAPTCHA disappears. There’s clearly something wrong with this violation detection mechanism.

Im not too familiar with exactly how token limits work, however how does nerfing max chat lengths help the site? when rate limits are in place already.
Especially models like grok 4.2 search locking your chat after 1 prompt having only a few thousand characters on the AIs output.
Im sure their is a good reason however im not to sure what the specifics are regarding how tokens work and where those link into costs as they get higher.
Some chats just feel like you need to aim for as small responses as possible or else your chat gets locked.

May I suggest a solution to the removal of the top models from the direct and side by side modes. I think that A powerful model can be integrated within the system that filters out the valuable interacting users by judging the way they interact with models and classifying the quality of the prompts given to the models, and then enables the top models as a result for their contribution?. I mean a physicist or mathematician or an engineer interacting with the models about some research aspect for example is - in my opinion - not the same as someone uses it for arbitrary stuff!

I don't know if that's on arena or on gemini, but today I tried to use 'gemini-3-pro-image-preview-2k (nano-banana-pro)' and instantly got the message that I have reached the rate-limit already. I had to wait roundabout 21 minutes. Then I tried again, just 2 failed prompts and after the fourth try I instantly got the rate-limit message again.
I used 'Max' before, which might eventually explain the first rate-limit message, but to get so quickly to the second one with only failed attempts? I'm currently not even using battle-mode because of the log-in bug.
I also have had a heightened amount of infinite generations yesterday evening (roundabout 15 hours ago) while using Max.
Could it be possible that your website somehow creates feedback-loops in the background? (Lately my PC reacts far slower when using your website, something that wasn't a big problem a month ago. That connected with all the other mentioned Problems, plus the recapcha over-sensitivity makes me worried weither or not your website is safe to use in it's current state...)
Could be, that some of these problems are on my backend, but I do not have these problems when using any other website, which makes it suspicious to me..

I’d like to submit a request regarding the new daily usage limit system.
First, the current 24-hour reset/cooldown feels quite long, especially for users who rely on Arena for specific workflows. Would it be possible to shorten the cooldown, or offer a partial reset, to something like 4 to 6 hours instead of a full 24 hours?
Second, I’d really appreciate more accessible payment options. If paid credits or subscription options are planned, please consider supporting simple mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, carrier billing, or other smartphone-based payments.
Some users may not have access to credit cards, or may have difficulty using card-based payments due to credit history or personal circumstances. Having easier mobile payment options would make it much more possible for those users to support Arena and continue using it.
Thank you for your work on the platform. I really value Arena and would like to keep using it more comfortably.
