I’ve been using LaMareNA to generate videos, and I used to get both video + audio (voice/voiceover). But recently, every video I generate comes out plain with no sound at all, even when I add text-to-speech or upload my own audio.

Details:

I can hear sound fine on YouTube/other apps (so it’s not my device).

I’ve tried different arenas (1, 2, 3) → still no sound.

I checked the files → they don’t seem to have an audio track.

I also tested other people’s generated videos → they also play with no audio for me.

It looks like my account or bot config might need a reset. Please help me check and reset my account so I can generate videos with sound again 🙏.

Hello - so the reason you're not getting sound ona ll generations is because not all models have sound support. What models you're sampled is going to be random, so it'll also be random if you get sound or not.

BTW tagging the @digital thicket bot doesn't do anything. You'll want to either just ping myself directly with questions (or our lovely Moderators if it's moderation related), or you can send a Direct Message to that @digital thicket bot. It only works via Direct Message.

We recognize this isn't ideal for our users, so we are looking into ways to fix this, but sorry to say we won't be able to lower that daily amount. You will have to wait 24/hr to start generating again.

You would need to create a video for each image and then, using an editing tool, combine them to make a longer video. Keep in mind that on LMArena you can create 5 videos max per day.

It is difficult to fairly rate video generations when comparing a model that produces audio against one that does not. The presence of audio creates a bias. The video with sound often feels superior, leading to overlook potentially better visual quality in the silent video.
